Est. — free medical seva for pilgrims
Shree Shiv Shyam Sewa Samiti runs free medical camps along the Sawan Kanwad Yatra routes and at the Khatu Shyam Mela — first aid, free medicines, doctor check-ups, ORS and rest stations for the lakhs of pilgrims who walk to seek Baba Shiv Shyam's blessings. Every rupee you give funds medicine, not paperwork.
Our Devotion
Khatu Shyam Baba — worshipped as Barbarik, grandson of Bhima — is remembered for offering his own head so that the side with less could win. Lord Shiva's own Sawan is a month of penance and service. It is this shared spirit of selfless giving that inspires this Samiti's medical camps — treating every pilgrim's blistered feet, dehydration and exhaustion on the Sawan Kanwad Yatra and at the Khatu Shyam Mela, free of cost.
Who we are
Shree Shiv Shyam Sewa Samiti is a community-run non-profit focused entirely on medical relief — free medical camps during Sawan Kanwad Yatra and the Khatu Shyam Mela. Every activity we run is funded entirely by donations from people like you.
To provide free, immediate medical relief — first aid, medicines, doctor check-ups and rest — to pilgrims walking to Khatu Shyam Ji during Sawan and Mela, when heat, exhaustion and long distances put them most at risk.
Our volunteer doctors and medical teams set up camps and mobile first-aid stations along the pad yatra route and near the mela grounds, funded entirely through public donations — no government or corporate funding.
Currently running: Shiv Kanwad Yatri Seva Shivir — 07 to 11 August 2026. Office: RZ 36A & 36B/339, Jagdamba Vihar, G. No. 10, West Sagarpur, New Delhi-46. Registered Society No. 2025/16/IV/128.
